What it is
The Minimiser is a softer cousin of a block. Instead of force-quitting apps or blocking sites, it keeps chosen apps minimised while a session runs — useful when you still need the app installed but don't want it in your face.
How to use it
- Open Minimiser in the sidebar.
- Create or pick a minimiser, choose the apps it should keep down, and start it.
- Use the list and inspector to edit which apps are covered while it runs.
- Stop from the card when you're done — unless it's locked.
Locked minimisers
A locked minimiser shows a clear LOCKED badge with time remaining instead of a Stop button. You cannot stop it early — that is the point. Deleting a minimiser from its editor also stops any running session, so you don't end up with an invisible minimiser still running after the card is gone.
Minimiser is separate from website and app blocks. Use blocks when you need DNS/extension enforcement; use Minimiser when you only need the window out of sight.
