BYOK is a $15 lifetime add-on, lives under Settings → Developer, and is aimed at technical users who want to pay Anthropic directly for AI usage rather than subscribe. Once unlocked, you paste an Anthropic Claude API key (sk-ant-api03-…, from console.anthropic.com) and the app sends classification requests straight from your Mac to Anthropic — your traffic, your bill, our servers see nothing.
You pay Anthropic's per-token rate (typically a small fraction of a cent per classification call, a few dollars a month for most users). FocusDragon takes nothing on top after the one-time $15.
BYOK does NOT include FocusDragon Pro features (Statistics, Locked blocks, Bulletproof Strictness). Those require the $5 Pro unlock or an AI subscription. BYOK and Pro are independent.
