What it does
FocusDragon's Pomodoro timer runs alternating work and break intervals with audible and visual cues at each transition. Default cadence is 25-minute work / 5-minute break, with a longer break every fourth cycle, but every duration is customizable.

Integration with the rest of the app
Work intervals count as focus time in your Statistics view. If you want a Pomodoro that also blocks distractions, pair it with a Block configured to the Sessions lock type — the block enforces against your distraction list during work intervals and lifts during breaks automatically.
The Pomodoro timer is on the free tier. You don't need Pro to use it.
