How to open the portal
Settings → Account → Manage Subscription opens our payment partner's hosted billing portal in your default browser. You authenticate via the email on your FocusDragon account — the portal sends a magic link.
What you can do in the portal
- Cancel your subscription — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Upgrade or downgrade tier — prorated automatically.
- Update your payment method (card, Apple Pay, etc.).
- Download invoices and receipts for every past payment.
- Change billing email (this does NOT change your FocusDragon sign-in email).
Cancellation behaviour
Cancel today, keep premium until the end of your current period — no pro-rated refund for the unused days, but no early lockout either. The app reverts to free tier the moment the period ends.
Cancelling your subscription does NOT delete your FocusDragon account. Your blocks, settings, and stats stay intact in case you re-subscribe. Use Delete Account separately if you want everything gone.
Can't open the portal?
- If the Manage Subscription button does nothing, sign out and sign back in to refresh your session.
- If the billing magic-link email never arrives, check spam, then contact support.
- If you've deleted your FocusDragon account but still have an active subscription, email support — we'll cancel it for you and process any refund.
