What it does
FocusDragon's Pomodoro timer runs alternating work and break intervals, shown as a ring in the app. Default cadence is 25-minute work / 5-minute break, with a longer break every fourth cycle. You can change the focus and break lengths in the Pomodoro UI.

Integration with the rest of the app
Work intervals count as focus time in your Statistics view (Pro). If you want a Pomodoro that also blocks distractions, pair it with a Block using the Sessions lock type — the block enforces against your distraction list during work intervals and lifts during breaks automatically.
The Pomodoro timer is on the free tier. You don't need Pro to use it.
