macOS
- macOS 26.2 Tahoe or later (current Xcode deployment target).
- Apple Silicon or Intel Mac — ships as a universal binary.
- Administrator account (needed once during installation to grant Full Disk Access to the background service).
Network
- Internet required for AI Focus (screenshot classification calls to FocusDragon AI).
- Internet required for sign-in, subscription checks, and (optional) cross-device sync.
- No internet needed for manual blocking, locked blocks, or the Pomodoro timer — they run fully offline once installed.
Browsers
- Safari — extension ships with the app.
- Chrome / Edge / Brave / Arc / Opera — install the FocusDragon extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Firefox — install the FocusDragon extension from Firefox Add-ons (addons.mozilla.org).
iOS companion
An iOS companion app is planned (iOS 16+ target). It's currently waitlist-only — join at focusdragon.app. No iOS build ships today.
