- Per-block focus time — total minutes each block has been active.
- Drift events — for AI-watched blocks, how often the classifier flagged you as distracted, and on which surface.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly trends — focus minutes plotted over time.
- Block-by-block breakdown — which blocks you actually use and which you set up and forgot.
What counts as a focus minute
A focus minute is any minute during which a block was active. For Pomodoro-paired blocks, only work intervals count — break intervals are excluded. For AI-watched blocks, minutes flagged as distracted by the classifier still count as focus time (the block was active and trying), but they're surfaced separately as drift events.

Statistics is a Pro feature — it unlocks with the one-time $5 Pro purchase or any AI Focus subscription. AI Focus subscribers also get extended history (90-day and 1-year views) on top of the standard 30-day window.
Cross-device rollup
If you're signed in, daily stats rollups sync to your account so totals stay consistent across devices. Per-second usage logs and screenshots remain local-only and never sync.
