- Per-block focus time — total minutes each block has been active.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly trends — focus minutes plotted over time.
- Block-by-block breakdown — which blocks you actually use and which you set up and forgot.
- A Block it shortcut that opens the same block creator used everywhere else in the app.
What counts as a focus minute
A focus minute is any minute during which a block was active. For Pomodoro-paired blocks, only work intervals count; break intervals are excluded.

Statistics is a Pro feature. It unlocks with the one-time Pro purchase or an AI Focus plan, which includes everything in Pro.
Where the data lives
Statistics stay on your Mac. They are not synced to other devices today.
