What's in the report
- Total focus hours for the past week.
- Drift event count broken down by block.
- Top distractions — the surfaces (apps, sites) the classifier most often flagged you off-task on.
- Comparison to the previous week — direction of travel on hours and drift count.
When and how it's delivered
- Generated every Monday morning based on the previous Mon–Sun week.
- Delivered as an in-app notification when you next open FocusDragon.
- Archived in Settings → Reports — you can read past weeks at any time.
What it's for
The report is a calibration tool. If you're focused 30 hours one week and 15 the next, the data tells you something the day-to-day view doesn't. If a specific distraction keeps topping the list, that's a candidate for a stricter lock or a hard rule-based block.
Weekly reports require an AI Focus subscription. The data they summarize comes from the AI Focus drift log; without AI Focus, there's nothing to summarize beyond raw focus minutes.
The report is generated locally from your drift log and stats rollups — no additional data leaves your Mac to produce it.
